Shipping & Delivery in UAE
Yes. We deliver to all emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and remote areas.
Standard delivery takes 1–3 working days depending on location and stock availability.
In Dubai, same-day delivery is available for in-stock items ordered before 12 PM.
We work with Aramex, Quiqup, and local couriers for fast and secure delivery.
Free delivery is offered on select kits or for orders over AED 1000 within major cities.
We send a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.
Yes. We offer scheduled delivery slots in Dubai and flexible timing for other emirates.
Our courier will contact you to reschedule. Additional attempts may be subject to a re-delivery fee.
Yes. You may pick up from our Dubai warehouse with prior confirmation and invoice copy.

Warranty & Return Policy
Yes. Most kits carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
It covers air bags, compressors, valves, and control modules under normal usage.
Wear and tear, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or misuse are not covered.
Contact support with invoice, photos, and description. We’ll guide you through the process.
Usually 3–7 working days depending on the nature of the issue and supplier confirmation.
We offer both depending on the fault. Some parts may be repaired locally; others replaced.
Yes, within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Restocking fee may apply.
Refunds exclude shipping. Custom or used items are generally non-refundable.
Some kits offer optional extended warranty at additional cost. Ask during checkout.
Install warranty is separate and handled by the garage performing the work.
